Global H2O Investments (GHI) provides its water and wastewater treatment expertise utilizing the following execution models:

Build-Own-Operate (BOO) Contracts

Through a BOO model, GHI provides the investment capital required to design, construct, operate and maintain our customers' treatment facilities under a utility service contract typically ranging from 5 to 30 years. This model effectively transfers upfront development and long-term operational risks to GHI while allowing our customers to focus human and capital resources on their core business. Our utility service contract also typically provides guarantees for treated water quality, quantity and cost.

Acquisition-Operate (AO) Contracts

Through an AO model, GHI also purchases existing water assets, effectively recapitalizing our customers' investment for deployment in their core business. Similar to the BOO model, GHI assumes the responsibility to operate and manage the asset under a long-term utility service contract.

Outsourcing Service Contracts

In select situations where capital investment or recapitalization is not required, GHI offers long-term outsourcing water services to its customers. These services include stand-alone operation and maintenance (O&M) solutions or asset management programs.
